If you take our MoveOn Buy & Ship for me service then you can complain and claim a refund for the following issues,

 

  • Product damage
  • Wrong product delivery
  • Quantity shortage
  • Product not received in time

 

We will present the dispute to the seller. As we are just a third-party shopping & shipping service provider the dispute depends on the seller’s decision. Refunds depend on the seller’s solutions as well. In any kind of complaint and refund, Sellers’s solution is final. MoveOn will not be responsible for any further liability.

 

You will get no refund for Payment gateway charges taken by third-party payment services or stores.

 

MoveOn follows the refund policy of the shopping sites. If the shopping site delegates a refund so will we. Unless MoveOn will not be responsible for any shortcomings in the shopping site’s refund policy. 

 

You will receive your refund in the MoveOn wallet and request for withdrawal or reuse for another purchase later on.

The refund policy of MoveOn varies with the services that you take from us. For instance, if you take our “Buy & Ship for me” the refund policies will be like the below,   

 

  1. No refund for Payment gateway charges taken by third-party payment services or stores. 
  2. MoveOn follows the refund policy of the shopping sites. If the shopping site delegates a refund so will we. Unless MoveOn will not be responsible for any shortcomings in the shopping site’s refund policy. 
  3. You will receive your refund in the MoveOn wallet and request for withdrawal later on.

 

And if you are taking our “Ship for me” service only then the following refund policy applies alongside the prior mentioned,

 

  • In the “ship for me” service, you can get a maximum $150 or BDT 10000 refund per order ID. not more than this amount.
